Shopping with Mission in Mind: Thank you!

Thank you to all who have supported our holiday season sale Give. Good. Gifts that give back! to benefit the same IPC/PW missions normally funded by the Attic Sale. We hope that you will also take advantage of our two evergreen partnerships designed to send rebates back to IPC/PW throughout the year. Every use adds up to something big!

Purchase everyday groceries and things that you need all year long and IPC missions get a rebate through our partnerships with Amazon Smile and Script Gift Cards: SHOP WITH AMAZON SMILE Amazon donates 0.5% of all eligible purchases to your favorite charity (ICP/PW!) while you shop and it’s easy to set up: 1. Click on the link smile.amazon.com. 2. Choose Irvington Presbyterian Church, Irvington, NY—there are IPCs in IN and NJ as well! 3. Shop as you normally would! (Note: make sure that you start with smile.amazon.com every time you shop, but other than that, your Amazon shopping experience will be exactly the same.)

SHOP WITH SCRIP GIFT CARDS This program, Raise Right by Shop with Scrip, rebates 2% to more than 10% on purchases from a wide array of well known companies including Stop & Shop, Amazon, Target, CVS, Home Depot and Starbucks to name just a few. Here’s how it works: You buy gift cards through Scrip for a retailer. You shop the full value that you paid for your card. The retailer automatically forwards a rebate to PW. 1. Download the RaiseRight app on your smartphone from the app store, or on your computer from https://bit.ly/3hv1IGS 2. Join the PW program using code 5C3BCE7569484 3. Follow the instructions in the app to buy gift cards and start helping us earn! Please consider these rebate options for everyday purchases all year long!

We are happy to report that our partnership with Trades of Hope raised over $850 for missions. In addition, the sale will provide “give-backs” to the artisans and their communities such as a solar lamp, ultrasound, eye glasses and Mama Kits. A huge thanks to Linda Jenkins for hosting this event and donating her time and commission! It has been a truly remarkable experience working with Linda and learning about her company’s mission and artisans. S
